ScriptBase is a movie search/database app. This was the first project I made after learning React (Context) without following any tutorials and it challenged me and my React/JavaScript knowledge in many ways.

I checked different examples of movie search/database app online and decided I wanted to make mine different and better and I believe I succeeded that. I also personalized it in few different ways; added conditional footers and used Firebase to show logged in user's name on the user page. I first made it with SCSS and Context API. Later, I implemented Hooks and Styled Components as I learned them.

Users can;

• See trending, popular, now playing, coming soon and top-rated movies
• Check movie details by clicking or search for movies
• Sign-in using Firebase, like a movie and see those movies in his/ her profile.
